From Fredericksburg via I-95
Take I-95 South from Fredericksburg for approximately 10 miles to exit 118 (Thornburg/Route 606). Make a right onto route 606 for 5 miles. Continue straight at Snell, where 606 combines with route 208. At Post Oak, turn left continuing on 208 for approximately 7-8 miles to Dockside Realty on the last street on your right, just before the main lake bridge.
From Richmond via I-95
Take I-95 North from Richmond for approximately 40 miles to exit 118 (Thornburg/Route 606). Make a left onto route 606 for 5 miles. Continue straight at Snell, where 606 combines with route 208. At Post Oak, turn left continuing on 208 for approximately 7-8 miles to Dockside Realty on the last street on your right, just before the main lake bridge.
From Richmond via I-64
Take I-64 West from Richond for approximately 25 miles to the Gum Springs/Route 522 Exit. Right onto 522 for 15 miles. Left onto Route 33 for 1/2 mile. Right onto 522 North for 4 miles to Mineral. In Mineral, at 1st Street, make right, continuing on 522 (Exxon Station on right). Cross over railroad tracks and make left continuing on 522. Continue on 522 for 5 miles. Right onto 208 East at Dickenson's Shell. 208 for 5 miles (crossing main lake) to Dockside Realty, on the first street on the left after the bridge.
From Charlottesville via I-64
Take I-64 East from Charlottesville for 15 miles. Left onto 208 for 7-8 miles to Louisa. In Louisa, make a right onto Main Street (Route 33). At the 22/33 fork, go straight onto route 22 towards Mineral. In Mineral, at 1st street, make a left onto 522 (Exxon station on corner). Cross Railroad tracks and make a left continuing on 522 North/208 East. Go 5 miles and make a right onto 208 East (at Dickenson's Shell). 208 for 5 miles (crossing main lake) to Dockside Realty, on the first street on the left after the bridge.
From Culpeper via Route 522
From Culpeper, route 3 east, crossing over route 29. At bottom of hill, make right onto 522 south. Go 25 miles making a left onto 208 East at Dickenson's Shell. Go 5 miles and make a right onto 208 East (at Dickenson's Shell). 208 for 5 miles (crossing main lake) to Dockside Realty, on the first street on the left after the bridge.
